Delete My Account & Data

Drivers Hub allows users to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

sdrithesh@gmail.com

Subject:

Delete My Drivers Hub Account

Please include:

• Registered Name

• Registered Email Address

• Registered Mobile Number

What will be deleted

• User account

• Driver or Agency profile

• Personal information

• Trip history

• Uploaded documents (if applicable)

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained for up to 90 days where required for:

• Legal obligations

• Fraud prevention

• Dispute resolution

After the applicable retention period, the retained data will be permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Processing time

Most deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
