This Privacy Policy explains how DrivePass PH handles information when you use the app.
DrivePass PH is a private educational driving reviewer app. It is designed to help users study road rules, traffic signs, safe driving practices, and reviewer-style questions.
DrivePass PH is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or officially connected to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) or any Philippine government agency.
DrivePass PH does not provide government services, license processing, vehicle registration processing, appointments, government payments, or official exam results.
1. Official Source of Government-Related Information
Some reviewer content in DrivePass PH is based on publicly available reference material from the official Land Transportation Office / LTMS portal:

Users should always refer to the official LTO/LTMS portal and official government channels for the most accurate, updated, and authoritative information.
2. Information We Collect
DrivePass PH does not require users to create an account.
DrivePass PH does not collect or ask for:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Home address
Contacts
Photos or videos
Camera access
Microphone access
Precise location
SMS or call logs
Government ID numbers
Driver’s license number
Vehicle registration information
DrivePass PH does not sell user data.
3. Local Data Stored on Your Device
DrivePass PH stores some information locally on your device so the app can function properly.
This may include:
Quiz scores
Quiz progress
Recent quiz history
Incorrect answer review items
Bookmarked traffic signs
App settings such as sound, vibration, and theme preference
Premium unlock status after Google Play confirms a purchase
This information is stored locally on your device. DrivePass PH does not intentionally send this local study data to the developer’s server.
If your device or Google account has backup features enabled, some app data may be backed up by Android or Google according to your device settings. DrivePass PH does not control Android or Google account backup settings.
4. Google Play Billing and Premium Purchase
DrivePass PH offers an optional one-time Premium purchase.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment details such as credit card numbers or payment account information are handled by Google Play, not by DrivePass PH.
DrivePass PH may receive purchase-related information from Google Play, such as:
Product ID
Purchase status
Purchase confirmation needed to unlock Premium access
This information is used only to:
Unlock Premium features
Restore a previous Premium purchase
Confirm whether Premium access is active
DrivePass PH does not store or process payment card information.
5. Third-Party Services
DrivePass PH uses Google Play Billing for optional in-app purchases.
Google Play Billing is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
DrivePass PH does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
DrivePass PH does not use third-party analytics SDKs.

DrivePass PH does not show ads.
7. How We Use Information
Locally stored app data is used to:
Display quiz results
Track study progress
Save bookmarks
Save incorrect answer review items
Resume quiz sessions
Remember app preferences
Unlock Premium features after purchase confirmation
DrivePass PH does not use local study data for advertising or profiling.
8. Data Sharing
DrivePass PH does not share your local quiz progress, bookmarks, incorrect answers, or settings with third parties.
Purchase processing is handled by Google Play Billing. Google may process purchase-related information according to Google Play’s policies and Google’s privacy practices.
9. Data Retention
Local app data remains on your device unless:
You reset progress inside the app
You clear app data from Android settings
You uninstall the app
Your device or backup settings restore or remove app data
Premium purchase records are handled by Google Play. If you reinstall the app or change devices, the Restore Purchase feature may be used to confirm a previous Premium purchase through Google Play.
10. Data Deletion
You can delete local app progress by using the reset option inside the app’s Settings screen, if available.
You may also delete app data through your Android device settings by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
For purchase records handled by Google Play, please refer to Google Play account and payment settings.
11. Security
DrivePass PH stores study progress and preferences locally on your device.
The app does not maintain a separate user account system or developer-operated database for user study progress.
Users are responsible for keeping their device, Google account, and screen lock secure.
12. Children’s Privacy
DrivePass PH is not directed specifically to children under 13.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the issue.
13. Educational Use Only
DrivePass PH is provided for educational and reviewer purposes only.
The app should not be treated as an official source of government information, official LTO guidance, or official exam material.
