Drive Luxe, LLC ("Company") is a premium car rental company providing a luxury driving experience and chauffeur services in D.C., Maryland and Virginia area. This Privacy Policy outlines the information that may be collected from customers and how it may be used.

The only information collected by the Company is that which is voluntarily provided by potential customers or those authorized to conduct business on their behalf ("Customers"), and only when contact with the Company is initiated by Customers for purposes of doing business with the Company. Examples of such information include: name, address, email address, phone number, driver's license, and insurance information.

This information may be collected via email, telephone, or online data sharing sites such as DocuSign. It will only be used in the execution of operatons contracts for the purpose of the Company providing service(s) to Customers, which includes any/all communications between Company and Customers necessary to provide the contracted service and complete any associated transaction with the contract. It will not be shared with any other entities and will not be used for any other purpose.

Data Security Measures & Data Sharing: All data from Customers is kept internal to the Company and used strictly for providing contracted services agreed to by Customers.  Customer data is never shared with external entities or posted on public media access points.

If Customers choose to opt-in to SMS communications, that represents an acceptance of SMS from only the Company. SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared.

All current and past Customers have the right to a copy of their data that the Company has access to.  The Company will, upon request by Customers, update or delete any/all data if previously provided by that same Customer.

SMS conset and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared or sold with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
