This Privacy Policy is provided by Matt Dermody ("we," "us," or "our") for the mobile application dRIP for DJs (the "App").
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
We are pleased to inform you that the dRIP for DJs App is designed to minimize the collection of personal data.
The dRIP for DJs App currently DOES NOT collect, store, or transmit the following information:
Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or user-created account information, as accounts are not required to use the App.
User Content: We do not collect or store any user-generated content, such as notes, photos, or messages.
Location Data: We do not track or collect precise or coarse location data.
Payment Information: We do not collect or process any financial or payment information. All future payments (e.g., In-App Purchases) will be processed directly by Apple via the App Store, and we never receive or store your credit card details.
Analytics and Advertising Data: We do not use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) or advertising providers to track your usage or display advertisements.
The only data we process is non-personal diagnostic information:
Crash and Diagnostic Data: We rely on Apple's built-in tools to automatically collect non-personal, anonymous crash logs and diagnostic data. This data is used solely for the purpose of identifying and fixing software bugs, maintaining app stability, and improving the App's performance. This data cannot be used to personally identify you.
Since we do not collect or store any user-identifiable data, there are no security measures needed for personal data.
All information generated by your use of the App (such as crash logs) is stored securely by Apple and is governed by Apple's own privacy and security policies.
The dRIP for DJs App does not integrate with any third-party services, advertising networks, or data brokers. We do not share any data with external parties, as we do not collect any personal data.
The dRIP for DJs App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected any personal data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
Because we do not collect any personal data from you, there are no associated data rights (such as the right to deletion) that apply.
