Welcome to Drinking Game 3 (the "App"), owned and operated by Solodevphil (referred to herein as "Solodevphil," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Age Restriction and Eligibility

The App is designed for use by individuals who have reached the legal drinking age in their respective jurisdiction. The minimum age to use this App is 18 years old.

• Age Verification: By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. We require you to provide your Date of Birth as part of the security processing to help prevent illegal or underage use of the App.

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying your age and complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol and the use of this App.

2. Account Creation and Authentication Requirements

To create an account and access the full features of the App, you are required to provide the following information as part of our security and processing:

• First Name

• Last Name

• Username

• Email Address

• Date of Birth

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Misuse and Account Termination

• Underage Use: Any reported use of the App by a minor (under the legal age specified in Section 1) may result in the temporary or permanent ban and termination of the associated account.

• Reporting Misuse: If you become aware of any misuse of an account or believe a minor is using the App, please report it immediately by sending an email to solodevphil@gmail.com and provide sufficient details for faster processing.

4. Account Liability and Support

• Self-Service: The App is primarily a self-service platform. We do not offer 24/7 customer support.

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Solodevphil shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Refund Policy

We adhere to the following refund guidelines:

• Initial Window (48 Hours): Users can request a refund for purchases made through the Google Play Store within 48 hours of the transaction, as per the standard Google Play refund policy. All such requests must be initiated through Google Play.

• After 48 Hours: Once the Google Play refund window has passed, any refund requests must be submitted directly to Solodevphil by contacting us at solodevphil@gmail.com. Refunds requested after the initial 48-hour period will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. App Use and Liability Disclaimer

• Voluntary Use: Use of the App is truly voluntary. The App is a set of rules for a party/social game and does not necessarily mean that it can only be used with alcohol. Users are free to use their own rules or substitute alcohol with non-alcoholic beverages.

• Warnings and Confirmation: Solodevphil provides necessary warnings and requires age confirmation before a user can create an account and access the game.

• Assumption of Risk: By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and understand that Solodevphil will not take any liability for any accidents, injuries, damage to properties, health issues, or behavior under the influence that may result from the use or misuse of the App. You use the App at your own risk.

7. Health and Medical Disclaimer

The App and its content (including game rules and cards) have not been verified for safety measures by medical professionals.

• The information provided in the App is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Use the App with your own risks. If you have any health concerns, consult with a qualified medical professional before playing any drinking game.

8. Responsible Consumption and Behavior

You must abide by the following rule:

• Do not force anyone to drink. All participation in the game must be voluntary. You are responsible for ensuring that all participants are comfortable and consent to the rules of play.
