This Privacy Policy describes how Swinson Studio ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Drill Breaker ("the Game"). By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email, or other personal contact information to play.

The Game uses third-party services that may automatically collect limited data:

• Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase): anonymous usage and device data — device model, operating system version, approximate region, in-game events (runs started, depth reached, purchases), and a randomly generated app-instance ID. This is not used to personally identify you.

• In-app purchases (Google Play Billing / Apple App Store): purchases are processed by Google or Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred; we do not receive or store your payment-card details.

HOW YOUR DATA IS USED

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Game.

• To process in-app purchases.

• To diagnose crashes and technical issues.

DATA STORAGE

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. If/when optional cloud save is enabled in a future update (tied to your Google or Apple account for cross-device recovery), this policy will be updated to describe it.

We do not sell your personal information. Data is processed only by the third-party services listed above, under their own privacy policies:

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

YOUR CHOICES

• You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings to control analytics-style identifiers.

• You can uninstall the Game at any time to stop all local data collection.

• To request data deletion or ask a question, contact us at the email below.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will change.
