- THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PREMIUM SERVICES (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
13.2 EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RELATED TO APP USE
- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR CONTENT
