Volcano
You can build a volcano, or just test out different amounts of the chemicals that go into it. What is the best amount of baking soda, water, and vinegar? Which one should be added first, second, third? What kind of container makes the best eruption?
Plants and Light, etc.
Try growing some seeds in different light or temperatures or with different watering schedules. Wheat grass grows quickly enough for a STEM project!
Build a Lava Lamp
What materials did you use? How much? Which type of container is the easiest to use and why?
Egg Drop
Create several different compartments to cushion an egg. Drop some eggs from off a deck or step stool. It will be cleaner if you use hard boiled eggs. Does the same kind of compartment work for a raw egg as a hard boiled one?
