Fall Season

Upperclass & Underclass

Our fall season will consist of two teams. One team will primarily consist of high school seniors & juniors where the second team will consist of mainly high school sophomores & freshman

Ideally we will look to have between 12 & 15 players on each team. Some teams may have a larger roster size if Pitcher Only players are rostered

Winter Season

Pitching Academy

Our winter season will consist of our weekly pitching academy

Academy will run Sunday evenings from December 11th, 2022 to January 29th, 2023 (with December 25th being off). Academy will be for a total of 7 Sundays

We will work with 4 pitchers per time slot, with time slots noted below

5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
6:00 PM to 6:30 PM
6:30 PM to 7:00 PM
7:00 PM to 7:30 PM
7:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Summer Season

Juniors & Sophomores/Freshman

Our summer season will consist of two team. One team will consist of primarily high school juniors where the second team will consist of high school sophomores & freshman

Winter Season Cost

$50 Enrollment Fee to secure your throwing time slot (one-time fee)

$20 Weekly Rate includes:

Weekly Dynamic Warm-Up
Weekly Pre-Throwing Arm Care
Progression into Indoor Long Toss, Balance Drills & Mechanics, Flat Ground Work and Bullpen Sessions off the mound
