Regular Private Sessions: 1 hour
Longer Private Sessions: 1 hour 30 mins
Group Sessions: 1 hour 30 mins
Laces x 100, Two touches x 100, Thigh x 50, Inside x 50, Outside x 50. Alternate each foot.
Practice controlling the ball with different parts of the foot.
Laces x 100, Thigh x 50, Inside x 50, Outside x 50. All left-foot.
Make sure to improve ball control with the weak foot.
Kick the ball high and continue juggling. Practice on the first touch.
Dribbling through the cones in several patterns. Get a feel for the ball.
Free dribbling to enhance creativity.
Practice being able to control the ball going backwards.
