Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1 - 3 business days to process and pack from our company in Ha Noi
Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 business days for major cities (Hồ Chí Minh City, Đà Nẵng). For other provinces, please allow 5 - 7 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays
Return and Exchange Policy:
We do not accept returns if the product has no mistake or defect from our side
Customers may request an exchange for another product’s style within 2 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact
To request an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and product details. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process
