Professionalism

Our goal as a fraternity is to develop each member's professional skills. We do this by participating and hosting various events including company tours, speaker events, case study events, LEAD events, mock interview events, and much more. Our brothers learn many skills needed for interviews, networking, and to become better leaders. Community Service

One of our main focuses as a fraternity is giving back to our community. We host many volunteer events per term including Boo at the Zoo where we help host Halloween events at the local Zoo, Love Your Park which is a park clean up, and working with the Ronald McDonald Foundation. We are always looking for new ways to become closer with the community and to help when needed. 

Fundraising

Delta Sigma Pi hosts events to raise money for our fraternity in order to continue planning future events. Some of these events include a BeReal Fundraiser, Holiday Bake Sales, Restaurant Fundraisers, and more. These funds earned will go towards professional events, leadership conference costs, and other funds needed to uphold the fraternity. 

Brotherhood

In addition to the professional, community service, and fundraising events, Delta Sigma Pi also works towards creating a strong Brotherhood. We have events and actvities that help foster a sense of commyunity within the fraternity and have everyone become genuine friends outside of a professional setting. In addition to regular brotherhood events, the Omega Chi Chapter hosts activities such as intermural sports, football tailgates, watergun assassin games, hikes, and various group outings. We also host a formal to celebrate the fraternity's accomplishments and member's commitment to Delta Sigma Pi.
