Tenets:
1: Planning and facilitating events to educate student-athletes, parents, and coaches on the risk factors for mental health/illness, addiction, mental resiliency etc.
2: Being a resource for student-athletes, parents, and coaches for navigating potential addiction and mental health crises of themselves or loved ones.
3: Fostering awareness of Exercise, Community, and Nutrition being the most effective and robust treatment for mental illness. Educating parents about the dangers of prescription drug use and the overdiagnosis of ADHD, anxiety, and depression in our young children.
