Dr. Erin Arsala has providing therapy to children and families since 2008 (and as a licensed psychologist since 2012). Dr. Erin is also a mother of two and works part time at Kaiser Permanente. In the past, she has worked in counselling psychologist roles with children in a Pediatrics Clinic, a Learning Center, a Chronic Pain Center, a Pediatric Palliative Care Center, and with Grief Programs in California and New Zealand. She has also worked as a swim teacher, children’s magician, tutor, and mentor.
Dr. Erin studied Psychology and Education at the University of California, Berkeley earned her doctoral degree from the University of Auckland, NZ. She was an adjunct professor of Psychology at the University of California, Merced and conducted research to improve the quality of life of children and families. She has completed training in Play Therapy, CBT, and various other child- and family-centered approaches.
