By commissioning me, you (the Client) agree to the following terms and conditions.
I (Dreian) am not responsible if the client does not read this Terms of Service page.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
1.1. I (Dreian) retain all rights to the artwork. This includes the right to post it on my social media, or portfolio.
1.2. All commissions are for personal use only (unless a Commercial License is explicitly purchased).
1.3. These are commissions for digital use only. You may not resell the artwork, use it for merchandise, claim it as your own, or use it for AI training or NFTs. That also includes to sell, redistribute license, or gain profits from the commission (unless we have an agreement or paying a royalty’s fee).
1.4. Altering the artwork without my permission is strictly unauthorized.
1.5. I, Dreian (the Artist), receives rights to claim 100% of any unauthorized profits made from the artwork use.
1.6. Do NOT remove my signature or alter the artwork without my permission. It will be Copyright infringement.
2. STREAMER & COMMISSIONS LICENSE (Emotes/Badges)
2.1. Emotes, badges, and channel graphics are granted a Streaming License. You may use them on Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord...
2.2. This license does not include merchandise rights. If you want to gain profits from the commission, a Commercial Fee (+50% of the original price) will apply.
3. PAYMENT & WORK PROCESS
3.1. All payments must be made upfront (100%) or via a 50/50 split (50% before I start, 50% before delivering the final unwatermarked file).
3.2. I won't start the commission if I haven't received the payment.
3.3. PAYPAL ONLY (in euros €)
3.4. The Process:
1. Sketch Phase: I will send you a rough sketch. This is the time to change the idea or composition.
2. Lineart & Flat Colors: Minor tweaks only.
3. Final Delivery: Shading and lighting. No major changes are allowed here.
4. REVISIONS AND CHANGES
Any major changes requested after the sketch is approved (e.g., changing the pose, outfit, the entire concept...) will incur an additional fee starting at 15% per major revision.
5. DEADLINES & DELIVERY
5.1. My standard time always will depend on the complexity of the commission, and my current queue.
5.2. Rushing an Order: If you need the artwork by a specific strict deadline, a Rush Fee (+30%) will be added to the total price.
6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
6.1. From the Client: A full refund is only possible if I haven't started working on the piece. No refunds are given once the commission process has started.
6.2. By the Artist: If I cannot finish your commission due to personal/medical reasons, you will receive a refund regardless of the stage of the artwork.
6.3. I reserve the right to decline your commission offer if I don't feel comfortable.
