Welcome to the mobile applications offered by DreamWave Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our apps on the iOS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, creating an account, accessing, or using our apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the apps on behalf of an organization or entity, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Subscription and Payment

Our apps offer subscriptions with auto-renewable options on a monthly, yearly, and weekly basis. These subscriptions grant enhanced features or content within the apps.

2.1 Subscription Management and Billing

Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your Apple ID account on a recurring basis according to the chosen subscription plan (monthly, yearly, or weekly). Your subscription will automatically renew according to the chosen period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

2.2 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of the current billing period.

3. Use of the Apps

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree not to use the apps in any manner that:

• Violates any law, regulation, or contractual obligations.

• Infringes on the rights of others, including copyright and privacy rights.

• Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the apps (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of DreamWave Studio and its licensors.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the effective date at the top of these Terms and/or in other appropriate ways. Your continued use of the apps after such changes have been notified will constitute your consent to such changes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The apps are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will DreamWave Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the apps.

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
