The pages within the Application you visit, along with the date, time, and duration of those visits
The total time you spend using the Application
The mobile operating system running on your device
The Application and its third-party software development kits (SDKs) may employ cookies, SDKs, pixels, and comparable technologies to enable functionality, perform analytics, or deliver services. Where mandated by applicable law, the Service Provider will seek your consent prior to deploying any non-essential tracking technologies.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data the Service Provider holds about you. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where your data is processed on that basis, please contact the Service Provider at power7girl05@gmail.com.
If you reside in California, you are entitled to: know what personal information is collected about you; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at power7girl05@gmail.com.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send you important updates, required notices, and—where permitted by law—marketing communications.

Data protection laws may vary across jurisdictions. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply suitable safeguards and obtain any necessary consent before transferring your data.
Please be aware that the Application integrates third-party services, each of which maintains its own privacy policy regarding data handling. The privacy policy of the third-party service provider used by the Application is available at:
The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

With trusted service providers acting on the Service Provider's behalf, who have no independent right to use the disclosed information and have agreed to abide by the terms of this Privacy Policy
You can halt further information collection from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Doing so will stop the Application from collecting data from your device; however, it will not automatically remove information already transmitted to the Service Provider or third parties.
To request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or exercise any of your rights, please contact the Service Provider at power7girl05@gmail.com.
The Service Provider retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

Data Required for Legal Compliance: Retained for as long as mandated by applicable law.
You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation to retain it. Note that certain User-Provided Data may be necessary for the Application to function properly.
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from or market the Application to children.
Where parental or guardian consent is required by law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 in violation of applicable law. If the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, it will promptly delete that information from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, please contact them at power7girl05@gmail.com so that appropriate action can be taken.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including—where mandated—details about the nature of the breach and the remedial measures being undertaken.
The Service Provider may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Privacy Policy along with its effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will obtain your consent before material changes take effect.
