We work with you on rental drop-off and pick-up times.
For private residences, we can drop off night before event for no additional charge. We can also pick-up next day for late night events.
If pick-up is needed outside of the business hours of 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, additional delivery/pick-up fees will apply.
Note: Certain venues have specific times we will have to abide by.
Most items are rented out per event. We charge per day if event is three days or longer.
Additional fees will be required if Dream Scene Event Rentals is required to return to venue to maintain rental/display items.
All rented equipment and decor are the property of DREAM SCENE EVENT RENTALS and must remain onsite at the setup space. The Client is responsible for all losses due to theft, vandalism, misuse or damage of equipment caused by the Client or their guests. In the event the equipment is damaged, misplaced, stolen, the Client agrees to be billed for the repair or replacement cost of the item(s).
DREAM SCENE EVENT RENTALS promises a high quality service, but is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, government restrictions, transportation problems, illness, accidents, labor disputes or strikes, Acts of God, and other causes beyond reasonable control. A delay in transit shall not constitute grounds for a discount or refund. We will do our best to be flexible with providing alternatives where such a situation arises. DREAM SCENE EVENT RENTALS is not responsible for damage or loss.
A mileage fee will be charged as follows: 0-10 miles ($0), 11-20 miles ($10). After first 20 miles, additional $0.8 per mile will be added to delivery fee.

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total amount due in order to reserve our rentals for your event.
Labor and installation includes:
Loading and unloading equipment
Delivering equipment from vehicle to venue.
Picking up equipment from venue to vehicle
Setting up all furnishings; installing backdrops
Blowing up balloons and setting up arrangement (if applicable)
Breakdown of equipment (balloon displays, backdrops, chairs, tables, etc.)
NOTE: Delivery fees assume the rental items are being placed in one level area within 50 feet from the delivery vehicle. Additional delivery conditions may result in additional fees. These delivery conditions include: Orders that are further than 50 feet away from delivery vehicle, involves carrying items up or down stairs and delivery/pickups made outside of our regular business hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
We accept payment via Venmo or credit card via Chase Bank link. Orders over $500 must be completed through our Chase Bank service to ensure security for both parties.
We accept cash for small orders under $100.
While we understand you've ordered some balloons from Amazon or another local vendor, we typically prefer and recommend to use specific suppliers to ensure the highest quality and longevity for your celebration. These balloons are designed to meet professional standards and will better withstand the elements, ensuring your event looks its best for the entirety of the event duration.
The professional-grade balloons are meant to last for the entirety of your event.
If balloon set-up is moved from its original installation location and damaged or does not withhold, we will not provide any discount or refund.
Tips for balloon maintenance: Maintain a climate of 68-72 degrees. Make sure balloons are kept away from sharp objects, windows, air conditioning, space heaters, lit candles and fireplaces.
In the event that your celebration is outdoors, weather elements such as rain, strong winds, and heat can impact the balloon set-up. While we do carefully choose brands that are durable for outdoors, it is out of our control should they not stand up to the elements. Per our required contract, we will not provide discount or refund if balloon set-up does not withstand the elements.
We will always try our best to reserve your rental or display on short notice.
When an event is booked with less than 48 hours to event, a rush order fee subject to 20% or $50, whichever is greater, will be applied.
If you are wanting to book a balloon/backdrop display, orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance to ensure colors desired for event arrive in time, unless specific items are in Dream Scene Event Rentals' stock.
