Dreamland Differences — Privacy Policy

This policy describes the data used by the Android player version of Dreamland Differences (com.buscatoto.game). You do not need to create an account to play. For privacy questions, contact cocogamesmobile@gmail.com.
Data stored on your device
The game stores your profile name, selected avatar and frame, level progress, scores, tickets, rewards, language and sound settings on your device. Personal level images, if used, are processed and stored locally by the Android player app. That app does not upload your profile name or personal level images. Separate gameplay events are sent to the measurement services described below; local storage does not mean the app sends no information off your device.
Levels, images and network requests
Supabase provides published levels, images and shop catalogues. Requests to these services transmit your IP address and technical request information. You do not need to upload personal content to play. Services may keep technical records under their own processing arrangements and settings.
Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is used and improve it. It receives app interactions, sessions, purchases and subscriptions, app/device identifiers, and approximate location inferred from IP addresses. Our gameplay events also report the published level and scene, active playing time, outcome, progress, hints and lives. We do not add profile names, email addresses, personal level images or raw server responses to these gameplay events.
Our Analytics property is linked to Google Ads. Shared key events can also be used for advertising measurement. Google Signals and personalized advertising on that link were disabled when this policy was updated; disabling personalization does not itself prevent advertising measurement.
Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix errors. It receives crash and handled-error reports, stack traces, relevant app/device/session information and installation identifiers. Reports can include the published level, scene and fixed error codes. The app sanitizes the handled errors it submits, but automatic SDK crash reports can contain technical exception details. These reports are not guaranteed to be anonymous: installation and device identifiers can associate records with an app installation or device.
Advertising
Google AdMob collects and shares IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), app/ad interactions, diagnostic information and advertising or other identifiers for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Where applicable, the SDK may also process identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device. Advertising consent forms and privacy options are shown where required. Advertising choices may affect personalization or ad availability. They do not switch off Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.
Premium and purchases
Google Play processes payments. RevenueCat receives purchase history, products, subscription status and a randomly generated app identifier to provide Premium access, restore purchases and measure sales. The app does not receive your payment card number. Purchase records and subscription status may continue to be processed for entitlement and restoration purposes after a purchase.
Controls, security and retention
The game does not collect precise GPS location or record your microphone. The app currently provides no global switch to disable Analytics or Crashlytics collection. Removing or resetting an advertising ID does not remove other installation identifiers or switch off all technical data collection.
Data sent to the services described above uses encrypted connections. Reports and purchase records can be stored after the app is closed; they are not all processed only temporarily. Retention depends on the service, data type and configured retention settings. Clearing local app data or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete records held by these services.
