Trainee selection

•Auditions are divided into 3 rounds-

1. Round 1(online) and Round 2(offline) are for talent hunt

2. Round 3(offlline mode) is for the final selection.

•How do we choose our trainees?

1. Trainees are selected through auditions.

2. Selected trainees undergo proper training and healthy diet. Everything is done under professional supervision.

3. Training is provided to the trainees until they are prepared for the Debut day as an artist/ idol.

4. A contract will be signed between the artist/ idol and the company which involves financial and legal work as well as terms and conditions.
