Dreamer Publishing Services (DPS) began its journey in 2017 as a book publishing company committed to providing aspiring and established authors with accessible and professional publishing services. During its early years, DPS successfully published three books registered with the National Library of the Philippines (NLP), each assigned an International Standard Book Number (ISBN). These publications became available through online platforms, expanding their reach to a wider readership.

In 2019, DPS became a Publishing Partner of Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), Amazon's self-publishing platform that enables authors and publishers to distribute digital and print books to readers worldwide. This milestone enabled DPS to expand its publishing services to the international market while continuing to support independent authors in bringing their works to a global audience. From 2020 to 2023, DPS remained committed to assisting individual authors through professional publishing, editing, formatting, and publication support services.

A significant milestone was reached in 2024 when Dreamer Publishing Services officially became a registered publishing entity with the National Book Development Board (NBDB) and the National Library of the Philippines (NLP). During the same year, DPS also became a member of the Book Development Association of the Philippines (BDAP), strengthening its engagement with organizations dedicated to the growth and development of the Philippine book industry. In addition, DPS launched Scholarly Lens: A Literary Magazine for Educators, a quarterly literary publication dedicated to showcasing the creative works of educators in English, Filipino, and Philippine mother tongues. The magazine is officially registered with both print and online International Standard Serial Numbers (ISSN), establishing its recognition as a legitimate serial publication in the Philippines.

In 2025, Dreamer Publishing Services became an official member of the Philippine Association of Publishers, Inc. (PAPI), further strengthening its commitment to ethical publishing practices, professional collaboration, and the advancement of the Philippine publishing industry.

Continuing its pursuit of organizational excellence, DPS became a trusted member of the Philippine Society for Quality (PSQ) in 2026. This membership reflects the organization's dedication to quality management, continuous improvement, and the delivery of reliable publishing services that adhere to recognized standards of excellence.

Recently, the accreditation of Dreamer Publishing Services (DPS) as a PRC Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Provider is a testament to our commitment to be a trusted publisher and a partner in advancing excellence in education, publishing, and professional development. This milestone reflects our dedication to providing quality publications, meaningful learning opportunities, and continuous growth for our published authors.

Today, Dreamer Publishing Services continues to empower authors, educators, researchers, and academic institutions by providing quality publishing opportunities, promoting literary and scholarly excellence, and contributing to the advancement of education, research, and publishing in the Philippines and beyond.
