PHOTO POLICY

1. Customer Responsibility

By submitting any image to us for printing, the customer confirms that:

• They own the rights to the image or

• They have permission from the copyright or trademark owner to reproduce it.

The customer agrees to take full responsibility for the content they provide, including any copyright or trademark issues.

2. What We CAN Print

We may accept images that meet the following criteria:

 Personal Photos

Images personally taken by the customer, including:

• Buildings and architecture

• Street photos

• Stadiums, arenas, landmarks

• Vehicles

• Pets

• Friends and family

 Incidental Logos in Real Scenes

Logos or trademarks that appear naturally in a real-life photo (e.g., a sign on a building) where:

• The logo is not the main subject, and

• The photo is clearly taken by the customer.

 Non-copyrighted or openly licensed material

Images that are:

• Original art by the customer

• Provided with written permission

• Licensed under Creative Commons or similar terms (proof required)

3. What We CANNOT Print

To comply with copyright and trademark laws, we cannot print:

 Copyrighted or Trademarked Characters

(even if the customer claims they created or redrew them)
Examples:

• Video game characters

• Anime characters

• Disney, Marvel, Pixar, etc.

 Logos as the Primary Design

Standalone brand logos or trademarks including, but not limited to:

• Sports team logos

• Corporate logos

• Brand symbols

 Official Artwork, Promotional Images, or Stock Images

Including:

• Movie posters

• Game art

• Marketing graphics

• Images found online without explicit permission

 Copyrighted Artwork or Murals

Photographs of murals, posters, album covers, paintings, or sculptures when the artwork is the main element.

4. Commercial Use Restrictions

We cannot print images intended for resale or mass distribution without written permission from the rights holder.

5. Right to Decline Orders

We reserve the right to refuse any image that:

• Appears to violate copyright or trademark law

• Appears to be downloaded or copied from the internet

• May imply an endorsement by a brand, company, or public figure

• Is inappropriate or harmful

• May imply terroristic involvement

6. Customer Agreement

By placing an order, customers agree to:

• Indemnify and hold our business harmless from any legal claims related to the images they provide.

• Accept that misuse of copyrighted or trademarked material may result in order cancellation.
