DreamAI provides AI-powered dream interpretation, emotional analysis, dream journaling, and AI-generated visual experiences.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• abuse or exploit the service

• attempt unauthorized access

• use automated systems to overload the platform

• upload unlawful or harmful content

• misuse subscription systems

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

DreamAI generates automated interpretations and visuals using artificial intelligence.

Generated content may be inaccurate, subjective, fictional, incomplete, or misleading.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated content should not be treated as factual, medical, psychological, legal, or religious advice.

5. Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

DreamAI is not a medical or mental health service.

Nothing provided by the application should be interpreted as professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Subscriptions

DreamAI may offer premium subscriptions.

Premium subscriptions may include:

• up to 50 dream interpretations per month

• up to 20 dream image generations per month

• up to 10 image regenerations per month

• ad-free experience

Subscription terms may change in future updates.

Billing and renewals are handled through Google Play and/or Apple App Store.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform provider.

7. Intellectual Property

The DreamAI application, branding, visuals, and related assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit.

By using the service, users grant DreamAI limited rights necessary to process and display submitted content.

8. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for the content they submit.

DreamAI is not responsible for user-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamAI and its developer shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages

• emotional distress

• data loss

• interpretation inaccuracies

• service interruptions

• generated content outcomes

Use of the application is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
