Dream Jigsaw is a mobile puzzle game that allows users to:
play jigsaw puzzle levels
earn and use in-game coins
view optional rewarded ads
be shown interstitial ads if they do not have an active ad-removal subscription
make in-app purchases, including coin packs and subscription products
optionally enable reminders / notifications
optionally use Sign in with Apple, if and when that feature is enabled
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or receive the following categories of information:
We may collect limited technical and usage information such as:
app version
device type
operating system version
language / region
general diagnostics
gameplay events and interaction events
subscription / purchase status within the app
advertising-related signals, where applicable
This information helps us operate, secure, improve, and analyze the App.
If the App encounters an error or crash, diagnostic information may be collected, such as:
crash logs
device state at the time of crash
technical identifiers used by analytics / crash reporting systems

This is used strictly to detect bugs, fix crashes, and improve reliability.

We do not receive your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
If you enable notifications, we may store:

reminder settings, such as preferred time
technical push / local notification permission state
If Sign in with Apple or another sign-in method is enabled in the future, we may process:
a platform account identifier
login state
basic account information shared by the sign-in provider
At this time, if account sync is not yet fully active, those features may appear in the App in limited or placeholder form.
We do not intentionally ask for or require:
precise location data
contacts
photos
microphone input
camera input
health data
sensitive personal data for gameplay
If the App later adds features that require additional categories of data, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features become active.

to save progress and game-related state

The App may show ads, including interstitial ads after level completion and optional rewarded ads.
If you purchase the Remove Ads Monthly subscription:
forced interstitial ads are removed while your subscription is active
optional rewarded ads may still remain available
If you do not have an active subscription, ads may still be shown.
Where legally required, consent options related to advertising may be presented to you.
The App may offer:
consumable coin packs
one-time non-consumable products
auto-renewable subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not directly store your payment card details.
We may store limited purchase state in the App in order to:
grant coins or entitlements
prevent duplicate grants
restore eligible purchases
verify active subscription status
The App may send local notifications, such as reminder notifications, only if you grant permission.
You can disable notifications at any time:
in the App settings, where available
or in your device settings
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
operation of the App
analytics and diagnostics
purchase restoration
legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements
Some data may be retained longer by third-party providers under their own retention schedules.

Dream Jigsaw is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal data unlawfully, please contact us and we will review the matter.
If your app is intended for children or mixed audience, policy wording and ad setup should be adapted accordingly before publication.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App or by other appropriate means.
