Dr. Devashish Dubey received his Ophthalmology training from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS, New Delhi). 

He further completed formal Surgical Fellowship training in Vitreo-Retina, Ocular Oncology, and ROP Services from Sankara eye hospital, Bangalore where he was adjudged the "*Best outgoing fellow*" across all institute branches and various specialties and was awarded a gold medal for the same. He also pursued a short-term Medical retina and Uvea fellowship.

Prior to his association with VASAN-ASG Eye hospital, Dr. Dubey worked as Chief Consultant Department of VitreoRetina at Sankara Eye Hospital – Anand (Gujarat), Sankara Eye Hospital – Jaipur (Rajasthan), ASG eye Hospital- Bhopal and ASG eye Hospital- Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh).

Dr. Devashish is a highly skilled and reputed Retina Surgeon and has performed thousands of ocular surgeries over the years. Amongst his vast surgical proficiency in super specialty eye care services, he has a keen interest in performing complex vitreoretinal surgeries and ROP management.

 Apart from proficiency in retina management, Dr. Dubey also has keen interest and has performed many refractive procedure with special interest in Contoura LASIK surgery.

Dr. Devashish has an exceptional academic record and has authored over 35+ research publications in peer-reviewed and indexed journals. He has also contributed articles to the VRSI(Vitreo Retina Society India) Journal which has an important role in the education & training of retina surgeons. He is a member of many prestigious eye associations and has presented at various state and national level conferences, with multiple accomplishments and awards to his credit.

Apart from the exhaustive clinical experience, he is also an active contributor to multiple awareness talks about diseases of the eye on various social and online platforms. He was presented with the honor of the ‘Contribution to the medical fraternity and society ‘Social Welfare Award by FORTI, for his active role in the education, management, and referral of Mucormycosis patients during the pandemic. He has also been invited as a "Guest Speaker" in many state level and national conferences.
