I am presently working as an Medical Librarian and Head at Meenakshi Medical College Hospital and Research Institute (MMCH & RI) Central Library, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, India. He has over 20 years of rich experience in the Library and Information Science field. He did his Ph.D. in LIS at Periyar University, Salem. He has cleared UGC-NET in June 2015. 

He has published Four Books and 141 research articles in journals, conference papers, and book chapters, and a few of them are indexing in the Web of Science, Scopus, ICI, and UGC-approved Journals. He has received Six awards in his credit so far and he is an Author, Writer, YouTuber (mcqlisstudycorner), and Reviewer in Nine journals, and Editorial Board Member in five National and International Journals. He is a Life member of ILA, MALA, IS, IATLIS, and SALIS. His interests are Scientometrics, Bibliometrics, Digital Libraries, and User studies.
