For “Dr. BRC Clinic @ Home”
Service Scope: This initiative offers online and offline health consultation services through trained WISE Experts and Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury’s core team of Ayurvedic and Allopathic doctors. The services include a personalized Circadian Chart, Virtual Monitoring & Emergency Support for 1 Month and one year of support from the assigned WISE Expert.
Payment Terms: A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of ₹6500 is required to access the GRAD Patient App and initiate services. Payment must be made through the provided Razorpay link or other authorized payment methods.
Emergency Support: A 24/7 emergency contact number will be provided for critical health situations (Service for 1 month). However, this service does not replace professional emergency medical services.
Treatment Protocols: The program follows treatment methods (Guidence Only) such as D.I.P. Diet, GRAD Circadian Chart, Zero Volt Therapy, Ayurvedic Panchakarma, and other therapies, customized based on the patient’s condition. Patients are advised to follow the provided instructions carefully for optimal results.
Service Limitation: The initiative does not guarantee specific health outcomes as results may vary depending on the patient’s adherence to the prescribed plan and individual health conditions. Therapies and medicines prescribed should only be used under expert guidance.
Liability Disclaimer: Neither Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury, the WISE Experts, nor the HIIMS Group of Hospitals shall be held liable for any adverse health outcomes resulting from non-compliance with the prescribed treatment plan. Patients must disclose their complete medical history and ongoing treatments during registration to avoid complications.
Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes, legal issues, or claims related to the services offered under this program shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Faridabad Judiciary, as per Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury’s policy.
Data Privacy: Personal and medical information shared by patients will be kept confidential and used solely for treatment purposes. The GRAD Patient App and its associated systems comply with applicable data protection laws.
Modification of Services: Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury and the HIIMS team reserve the right to update or modify the program structure, protocols, or terms without prior notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Once the registration process is completed and payment is made, the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
