I am a native Mandarin speaker and a qualified teacher and have been teaching both Mathematics and Chinese mandarin as a second language for 15 years in China and the UK. I have been professionally trained as a Chinese Mandarin teacher in the Beijing Language and Cultural University. I completed my Master’s degree and PhD in Education specialising in Pedagogy at the University of Leicester, UK. My publications about learning difficulties, collaborative learning and culture diversity have received great peer reviews and have been published through some prestigious publishing houses.
