These are hand stamped and printing press prints that I did using linocut blocks and black oil based ink. These were done in 2023, and the pages were mostly paper or cardstock.
I discovered linocutting before, but never really enjoyed what I could use it for until this time around. I hope to continue it going forward.
This is the "Ms. Bun" collection, exploring the character Ms. Bun and her life. She is often accompanied by Mr. Bear and Lady Bun, two characters that are really big in her story.
This is a series that I did in the year 2022 that focused on a character named 'Drag the Clown' that I had created. They are a clown who does drag, and has a focus in fashion. This character was created to show the struggles of someone that is struggling with gender expression.
Paper Dolls are another thing that I gave my attempt during 2023. This time, I chose to do dolls of characters that I have worked on for a while, since I was around twelve to thirteen years old. Paper dolls always fascinated me, and I found this to be a challenge. I have tried doing these before, but not to this scale.
Figure Studies are among some of my favorite. I hate the texture of charcoal, so I tend to use highlighters, pens, markers, and ink in order to avoid that texture. I love being able to use the highlighters to block out intense colors that are unnatural to skintone. I feel like this method allows for me to be much more expressive than I usually am in my works.
This piece was made in my senior year of highschool, and was part of my AP Concentration that was focused on sleep deprivation and the experience of sleep paralysis. It is one of my favorite works that I have created, and is a detailed piece.

"Home" Collection.
This is a collection of works that I did centered around childhood trauma, in ways of abuse and neglect and dealing with it as an adult. It is meant to be a series focusing on coping mechanisms, and growing older as a person with childhood traumas.
These works are an ongoing collection, and I continuously remove and add new pieces to it.
