Delete your Doodle Together account
Doodle Together is published by Packet Bracket. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.
Option 1: In the app (immediate)
1. Open Doodle Together.
2. Tap the Settings icon on the home screen.
3. Scroll to "Account" and tap "Delete account".
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.
Option 2: By email (if you no longer have the app)
1. Send an email to packetbracket@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Doodle Together account".
2. If you can, include your invite code (shown on the "Add a friend" screen) so we can find your account. In the app, Settings → "Ask us by email to delete my account" opens an email with this filled in for you.
3. We will delete your account and reply to confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile (display name, avatar and invite code)
- Your sign-in account (anonymous account and, if linked, your Google sign-in)
- Every drawing you have sent, including its image, stroke data and any photo background
- Your friendships, streaks, countdowns and group memberships
- Your reactions, love taps and guess-mode answers
What is kept
- Reports of harmful content are kept for as long as needed to review them and keep the app safe.
- Drawings your friends sent to you belong to them and stay in their accounts.
- Drawings you already sent stay in your friends' history on their own devices until they delete them or remove the app.
- Crash reports and analytics data are kept by Google for its standard retention period (up to 90 days for Crashlytics, up to 14 months for Analytics) and are not linked to your name.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes everything stored on your phone, but does not delete your account from our servers. Use one of the options above to delete it.
