"Draw from a paper bag" (henceforth called "the app") is a free application software developed by Nihilculpa.

The app is provided at no cost and is intended for use "as is".

This page is used to inform visitors regarding the policies about collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Identifiable Information and User Data, if anyone decided to use the app.

Definitions

Personal Identifiable Information: any information or set of information that can unequivocally identify a specific natural person.

User Data: includes Personally Identifiable Information and user-related information obtained from the operating system, from the device storage or from other apps on the device, like: financial and payment information, authentication information, phonebook, contacts, device location, SMS and call related data, inventory of other apps on the device, microphone, camera, and other sensitive device or usage data.

Information Collection and Use

The app does NOT collect any User Data. So, the app does NOT stores, transmits or shares any personal information or data related to the user of the app, nor data from other apps or from the Operational System.

The app does NOT use third-party services that collect User Data.

The app does NOT use Cookies.

Children’s Privacy

The app does NOT collect Personally Identifiable Information or other types of User Data from children.

Lists of Names

An important feature of the app is to draw names from a list. To help the user manage and reuse names, the app has a "backup" feature that CAN be used to save and restore lists of names. It's recommended to read the app's Help on how to use this function. The lists are saved ONLY on the device and their content is the sole responsibility of the user. These lists must contain only first and middle names, not last names or other personal information. Therefore, the lists of names eventually saved by the app are NOT considered Personal Identifiable Information.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
