ArtFight is an annual online event that takes place during the month of July. The event began in 2007 as a community activity on a small art forum, and grew in popularity until a designated website was necessary to host the increasing traffic.

The purpose of ArtFight is for artists around the world to come together and collaborate with one another for 31 days. Thousands of members are split into two teams. A member can "attack" someone on the other team by drawing that person's designated character (or multiple in one attack if they choose), and said member can gain points for their own team based on the quality of the "attack."

Members may "attack" their own teammates, but only for partial points. Once someone receives an "attack," they may choose to take "revenge" by drawing the attacker's character. Or, they can simply thank the artist.

There are many other rules for ArtFight, but these points show the general idea. I joined the website in 2024 and have had a lot of fun learning and interacting with others in the art community. Below, are my own "attacks" I have given others.
