Welcome to **DrawOnMe** ("we," "our," or "us"). DrawOnMe is a creative drawing, stenciling, and digital sketchbook application built to provide a delightful, offline-friendly, and safe creative environment for users of all ages, including children and families.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your children. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how your data is protected when you use the DrawOnMe mobile application.

## 1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We believe that creativity should be private and friction-free:

- **No Account Registration**: You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, phone number, or physical address to use DrawOnMe.

- **No Sensitive Personal Information**: We do not collect or request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, GPS location, or device identification numbers (IMEI/MAC address).

- **No Financial Information**: DrawOnMe does not collect credit card numbers, payment information, or banking details.

## 2. Your Drawings and Creative Content (Local Storage)

- **100% On-Device Storage**: All drawings, scribbles, traces, and artworks pinned to the "Fridge Door" gallery are stored locally on your device in secure, private app storage (`context.filesDir`).

- **No Cloud Uploads**: Your artwork is never transmitted to, uploaded to, or stored on any external server or cloud database by DrawOnMe.

- **Artwork Sharing & Printing**: If you choose to share or print an artwork:

  - Sharing uses the standard Android system share sheet (`Intent.ACTION_SEND`) via a secure, private `FileProvider`. You have complete control over which application (e.g., messaging, email) receives your image.

  - Printing uses the standard Android Print Spooler to communicate directly with your local or connected printer.

## 3. Information Collected Automatically (App Analytics)

To help us understand app performance, diagnose technical issues, and improve the user experience, DrawOnMe uses **Google Firebase Analytics**, a service provided by Google LLC.

Firebase Analytics collects limited, pseudonymous, and aggregated technical information, including:

- **Usage Metrics**: Anonymous screen views, time spent in drawing modes, feature interactions (e.g., selecting stencils, tapping undo/redo, sharing artwork).

- **Device & Technical Information**: Device model, operating system version, app version (`1.0.2`), and general non-precise geographic region (country/city level derived from IP address).

**Important Notes Regarding Analytics:**

- Analytics data is strictly aggregated and pseudonymous. It is **never** linked to any personal identity or user profile.

- We do **not** use advertising identifiers (AAID) for targeted advertising or user profiling across other apps or websites.

## 4. Advertising Policy

- **No Third-Party Advertising**: DrawOnMe contains **zero third-party advertisements**.

- We do not integrate third-party ad networks (such as AdMob, Unity Ads, or Meta Audience Network).

- Your children will never be exposed to behavioral advertising, commercial pop-ups, or retargeting while using DrawOnMe.

Protecting children's online privacy is of the utmost importance to us. DrawOnMe complies with the **Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)**, the **General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K)**, and the **Google Play Families Policy**:

1. **No Personal Information from Children**: We do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).

2. **Kid-Safe Analytics**: Analytics services are restricted to operational, performance, and internal app improvement purposes only.

3. **Parental Rights**: If a parent or guardian believes that any personal data has been inadvertently collected, please contact us immediately, and we will take swift action to delete such data.

- **Local Data**: Since all drawings are stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data. You can delete individual drawings at any time from the in-app "Fridge Door" gallery. Uninstalling DrawOnMe or clearing the app’s data via Android Settings will permanently remove all stored drawings.

- **Analytics Data**: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics collected by Firebase Analytics are automatically retained according to Firebase standard retention policies (up to 14 months) before automatic expiration.

- Drawings are saved exclusively within the app's sandboxed private storage directory, inaccessible to other applications on the device.

- All network communications with Firebase Analytics use industry-standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS) encryption.
