  • Biophysical studies on the effect of surface active ionic liquids on the conformation (denaturing/renaturing/stabilization) of transport and membrane proteins
  • Exploration of low viscosity ionic liquid eutectic mixtures as solvents for electrochemistry, biopolymer processing and CO2/SO2absorption
  • Protein dissolution and stability studies in native ionic liquids
  • Construction of green and thermally stable enzyme-bioreactors in ionic liquids for high temperature bio-electronics, and bio-catalysis
  • Fundamental studies on exceptional temperature dependent aqueous solubility of NaCl/Na2SO4inorganic salts for tannery waste separation
