Dr.Arpita Ghosh is presently working as the Associate Professor of  Department of Electronics and Communication, RCC Institute of Information Technology. She has received her Ph.D (Engg.) in 2019 from Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Jadavpur University. She served as the Program Coordinator of Post Graduate studies Department of Electronics and Communication, RCC Institute of Information Technology for AY  2021-2023. She has more than 50 publications, in reputed International journals and conferences. She has reviewed several papers from reputed journals and  received the Certificate for Outstanding Contribution in reviewing from Microelectronics Journal, Elsevier, February 2018 .Her research interest includes Single Electron devices, their hybridization, Embedded System and IoT based system. She is an active Senior Member of IEEE and Member OF IE(I).
