Dr.Arpita Ghosh has received her Ph.D (Engg.) in 2019 from Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Jadavpur University. She has done her M.Tech in 2010 in Embedded Systems from West Bengal University & Technology. She is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, RCC Institute of Information Technology since 2010. Presently she is the Program Coordinator of Post Graduate studies Department of Electronics and Communication, RCC Institute of Information Technology. She is presently serving as the conveners of Institution's Innovation Council, RCCIIT and Faculty member of National Innovation Start up policy RCCIIT. She is also serving as the Innovation Ambassador ,Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell since 2020. She has more than 36 publications, in reputed International journals and conferences. She has reviewed several papers from reputed journals and received the Certificate for Outstanding Contribution in reviewing from Microelectronics Journal, Elsevier, February 2018 .Her research interest includes Single Electron devices, their hybridization, Embedded System and IoT based system. She is an active member of IEEE and IE(I).
