The Role of AI in Higher Education
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a futuristic concept. It is here, shaping the way we teach, learn, and work. In higher education, AI offers faculty new possibilities for streamlining course design, personalizing instruction, and enhancing student engagement. From automated feedback tools to adaptive learning platforms, AI can serve as a powerful teaching partner, helping you focus more on mentoring and less on repetitive tasks.
However, as with any technology, the key is using AI thoughtfully. The goal is not to replace human expertise or creativity but to amplify it. AI can help faculty work smarter, not harder, if it is implemented with clear goals, ethical awareness, and pedagogical intention.
