DraNow (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a mobile entertainment application that allows you to browse and watch video content, manage a personal profile, purchase or use virtual items such as coins and viewing tickets, and provide feedback.

The App is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older.
By using DraNow, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
When you use DraNow, we may collect the following categories of information.
Account and profile information
UID (user ID)
Nickname
Avatar or profile picture
Preferred language
Feedback information
Feedback type/category
Written description of your issue or suggestions
Optional contact email address you enter in the feedback form
Optional screenshots or other images you choose to upload with your feedback (these images are compressed and encoded before being sent to our servers)
In‑App purchases and wallet
Information about your coins, viewing tickets and other in‑App balances
Basic transaction records related to recharges or membership purchases (for example, order identifiers, amount, time)
> We do not store your full payment card details. Payments, if any, are generally handled by Apple, Google, or other third‑party payment processors in accordance with their own privacy policies.
When you use the App, certain information is automatically collected, including:
Device and app information
Device model, operating system version, screen size
App version, language setting, time zone
Unique identifiers such as the system advertising identifier (where available) or other device identifiers
Usage information
Pages and screens you view
Content you browse or watch (e.g., videos, episodes)
Your interactions with in‑App features (play, pause, collect/favorite, like, share, select episode, change language, open feedback page, open settings, etc.)
Clicks on in‑App buttons and navigation items
Log information
IP address
Timestamps of requests
Error logs and crash information, when they occur
Where available and when you choose to use them, we may receive information from:
Login providers (such as Apple or Google, if you choose to log in with them in the future)
Basic profile information (for example, an identifier from that provider, and possibly your name or email, depending on your consent to the provider)
Analytics and attribution services
Information to help us understand how users discover and use the App, the effectiveness of campaigns, and app performance (for example, Install/Launch events, country/region, device information).
Any information provided by these third parties is processed in accordance with this Policy and the third parties’ own privacy policies.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Create and maintain your user account and UID
Display your profile information (nickname, avatar, VIP status, wallet balances)
Load and present video content, recommended lists and watch history
Manage your coins, viewing tickets and membership status
Provide in‑App search, language switching and other core functions
Remember your settings, such as language preferences
Recommend content that may be more relevant to you
Analyze overall usage patterns to optimize UI/UX, content layout, and performance
Fix bugs and improve stability (for example, by analyzing crash logs or visual glitches)
Receive and process your feedback, including text, screenshots and contact email
Contact you (when you provide an email) to follow up on reported issues or suggestions
Improve product quality based on aggregated feedback

Logs & analytics data – stored for a limited retention period suitable for analysis and troubleshooting, then aggregated or anonymized.
