Hi there! As the Principal Engineer at FemtoDx Inc. and a former System Architect at Micron Technology, I have dedicated my career to advancing the frontiers of hardware, software, and machine learning applications in the semiconductor industry.
I received my Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Boston University, under the supervision of Prof. Raj Mohanty and Prof. Shyam Erramilli, and I also received my M.S. in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology; M.A. in Physical Chemistry at Boston University; M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry at The University of Western Ontario; B.Sc. in Chemistry from University of Science and Technology of China. My multidisciplinary expertise fuels innovation across both industrial and academic spheres.
My publication record includes numerous articles in high-impact journals, reflecting my commitment to contributing valuable insights to the scientific community. I am continuously looking for opportunities to collaborate on projects that are in the hardware and software domains for various applications, whether it is through advancing hardware capabilities or integrating AI into new domains.
My primary interests are in the semiconductor hardware (SoC, ASIC, FPGA, design, fabrication, validation, failure analysis, packaging, and quality control), biomedical engineering, healthcare device technology, machine learning, data analytics, software development, computing solutions (CPU, GPU), storage solutions (DRAM, SSD), and research and development.
