Research Guidance:

(a) Ph.D. Supervision:- Performing as the Research Supervisor of Sri Indranil Chatterjee on the topic “Corporate Social Responsibility Practices Of Indian Tea Industries: An Empirical Study On Some Selected Tea Companies In India” from Mewar University, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.

(b) PG Level:- (i) Performed the role of Supervisor of Research Project Paper 4.5 in Fourth Semester of M.Com (Accounting & Finance) for 8 students at Shibpur Deenabundhoo Institution (College) under University of Calcutta since 2010,

(ii) Performed the role of Supervisor of Research Project Paper 4.5 in Fourth Semester of M.Com (Accounting & Finance) for 4 students at Sree Chaitanya Mahavidyalaya under West Bengal State University since 2013.

(iii) Performed the role of Supervisor of Research Project Paper MS-100 in M.B.A. (HRM) Programme for 2 students at I.G.N.O.U. Partner Institution Bijoy Krishna Girls’ College

(b) UG Level:- Performed the role of Research Supervisor of Project Paper 3.5 in B.Com Part –III (Hons.in Accounting & Finance) Exam for 76 students at BijoyKrishna Girls’ College under University of Calcutta since 2012.

Research Project Supervision:

1. Successfully conducted a Minor Research Project on Commerce aided by U.G.C. Memo No.F.PHW-039/06-07(ERO) dated 15/01/2007 in the topic “Implementation of Corporate Governance Codes by Indian Companies: A Survey” for the period 2007-08 and submitted final report on 25^th March, 2009, total funding-`90,000

2. Successfully conducted a Minor Research Project on Humanities and Social Science aided by U.G.C. Memo No. F.PHW-041/11-12 (ERO) dated 08/08/2011 in the topic “Role of Self Help Groups (SHGs) in the Empowerment of Rural Women: A Study in Sunderbans of West Bengal” for the period 2011-13 and submitted final report on 18^th June, 2013. total funding-`1,38,000

3. Conducting a Minor Research Project on Commerce aided by U.G.C. Memo No. PHW-057/14-15(ERO) dated 03.02.2015 in the topic “Socio-economic Analysis of the Fishermen:An Empirical Study in North-Eastern Coastal Region of India”, total funding total funding-`2,20,000

4. Co-investigator in a Project on “Quality Assessment of Higher Education System in Central Howrah” under UGC-CPE (Center for Potential Excellence) Program in BijoyKrishna Girls’ College, Howrah.
