DramaX ("DramaX", "we", "our", or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all content providers and users to do the same.

We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable copyright laws. If you believe that content available through DramaX infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice as described below.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative, please send a written notice that includes the following information:

1. Your full name and contact information, including your email address.

2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

3. Information sufficient to identify the allegedly infringing content within DramaX, including URLs, titles, or other identifying details.

4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement that the information provided in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Review Process

After receiving a valid copyright notice, we may:

• Review the reported content.

• Request additional information if necessary.

• Remove or disable access to the reported content while the claim is evaluated.

• Notify the applicable content provider, where appropriate.

• Take additional action if required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to reject incomplete or invalid notices.

Counter Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification.

A valid counter notification should include:

• Your contact information.

• Identification of the removed content.

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court where applicable.

• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not initiate legal action within the time required by applicable law, we may restore the content where legally permitted.

Repeat Infringers

DramaX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for content providers or partners who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Good Faith Requirement

Submitting knowingly false copyright claims or counter notifications may result in legal liability under applicable law.
