This DMCA / Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit copyright infringement notices regarding content available in DramaRush.
Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that content available in DramaRush infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us at:

Your notice should include the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by one notice, you may provide a representative list of those works.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to help us locate the material in the App. Please include details such as:
Title of the drama, episode, video, poster, image, subtitle, or other content
Episode number or content ID, if available
Screenshots, links, or other identifying information
The country or region where you accessed the content, if relevant
Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Review and Removal Process
After receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we may review the notice and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.
We may contact the sender of the notice for additional information if the notice is incomplete, unclear, or does not allow us to identify the relevant content.
We may also notify the content provider, uploader, licensor, or other relevant party about the notice where appropriate.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification.
Your counter-notification should include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of a federal district court in the United States, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright notice or that person’s agent.

Repeat Infringer Policy
DramaRush may, in appropriate circumstances, remove content, restrict access, terminate content relationships, or take other action regarding users, providers, or parties who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit infringing content.
False or Misleading Notices
Please do not submit false, misleading, or bad-faith copyright notices or counter-notifications.
Submitting false claims may result in legal consequences. You may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, if you knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake.

DramaRush is intended to provide access to short drama content through lawful sources, licenses, or authorized content arrangements.
