1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DramaFix mobile application and related services (the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (https://sites.google.com/view/dramafixprivacy/privacy), which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

DramaFix is a short-form video streaming application that allows users to browse, watch, and save mini-series and related content.

The Service may include:

Free access with advertisements;

Paid episodes that may be unlocked using virtual currency (Coins and Bonus), an active Premium subscription, or rewarded advertisements where available;

Optional in-app purchases of Coin packs through the Apple App Store;

Optional Premium subscription benefits, including ad-free viewing and unlimited access to eligible content as displayed in the app;

Optional rewarded advertisements to unlock certain episodes, where available.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use complies with applicable laws.

4. Accounts and Guest Access

You may use parts of the Service without creating an account (for example, as a guest).

If account features are available, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your Coin and Bonus balance, unlock progress, and purchase history may be associated with your account or device identifier, depending on how you use the Service. We recommend signing in to help preserve your balance and unlock records across devices.

Notify us immediately at hiplaygameintel@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Virtual Currency (Coins and Bonus)

5.1 What Are Coins and Bonus

DramaFix uses in-app virtual currency to provide access to certain paid content:

Coins are virtual items purchased through one-time in-app purchases in the Apple App Store.

Bonus are complimentary virtual items that may be granted with Coin pack purchases, promotions, or other in-app activities.

Coins and Bonus are not legal tender, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or other consideration, and cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside the Service.

5.2 How to Obtain Coins and Bonus

Coin packs are sold as consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. Available packs, prices, Coin amounts, and any included Bonus are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Bonus may be included with eligible Coin pack purchases or granted through promotions shown in the app. Bonus amounts and eligibility may change from time to time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the app, Bonus has the same value as Coins when unlocking paid episodes.

5.3 How Coins and Bonus Are Used

Coins and Bonus may be used to unlock individual paid episodes or other paid content features as displayed in the app.

Each episode or item may require a different number of Coins/Bonus. The required amount is shown before you confirm an unlock.

Some content may require episodes to be unlocked in order. If sequential unlocking applies, you must unlock earlier episodes before later ones, as indicated in the app.

If you enable Auto Unlock in the app settings, the Service may automatically spend your available Bonus and Coins to unlock eligible episodes when your balance is sufficient. You can disable Auto Unlock at any time in the app settings.

5.4 Deduction Order

When unlocking paid content, Bonus is used first. If your Bonus balance is insufficient, Coins will be used automatically to cover the remaining amount.

If your combined Bonus and Coin balance is insufficient, you may be prompted to purchase additional Coin packs or use other available unlock methods (such as rewarded ads or Premium subscription, where offered).

5.5 One-Time Purchases; No Auto-Renewal

Coin pack purchases are one-time charges and do not auto-renew.

Coin purchases are separate from Premium subscriptions. Purchasing Coins does not subscribe you to Premium, and subscribing to Premium does not automatically grant Coins unless expressly stated in the app.

5.6 Pricing and Availability

Actual prices for Coin packs are displayed in the app and on the Apple purchase sheet in your local currency. The price charged is always the price shown at checkout.

Episode unlock prices, Coin pack contents, Bonus grants, and promotional offers may vary by region, content, and time. We may change pricing, pack contents, or promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law and Apple App Store rules.

5.7 Delivery and Balance

After a successful Coin pack purchase validated through Apple, the corresponding Coins and any included Bonus are credited to your account or device-associated balance as shown in the app.

If payment succeeds but your balance is not updated, contact us at hiplaygameintel@gmail.com with your Apple ID purchase receipt details.

5.8 Refunds

All Coin pack purchases are processed by Apple. We do not control Apple's billing and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple Support in accordance with Apple's policies.

If Apple approves a refund for a Coin pack purchase, the corresponding Coins and any associated Bonus granted for that purchase may be removed from your balance, and access obtained using those virtual items may be revoked.

5.9 Alternative Ways to Access Content

Depending on availability in the app, you may access content through means other than spending Coins or Bonus, including:

An active Premium subscription (see Section 6);

Rewarded advertisements that unlock certain episodes, where available;

Free content offered without unlock requirements.

If multiple access methods are available, the app will indicate which method applies.

5.10 No Property Rights

Except for the limited license to use the Service under these Terms, you do not acquire any ownership or property interest in Coins, Bonus, or unlocked content. Virtual currency and unlock rights exist only within the Service and only for as long as we operate the Service and your access remains valid under these Terms.

We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue virtual currency features, promotional Bonus grants, or unlock pricing where reasonably necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons, subject to applicable law.

6. Premium Subscriptions (Apple In-App Purchase)

6.1 Subscription Products

DramaFix offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Available plans (as shown in the app at the time of purchase) may include:

Subscription period: 1 week

Subscription period: 1 month

Yearly Pro

Subscription period: 1 year

Actual prices are displayed in the app and on the Apple purchase sheet in your local currency. Example prices may be shown as $9.99/week, $24.99/month, or $99.99/year, but the price charged is always the price shown at checkout.

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.

6.3 Managing and Canceling

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

(on your iPhone, iPad, or other Apple device).

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

6.4 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible subscription entitlements through your Apple ID.

Restore Purchases is intended for restorable subscription entitlements. Consumable Coin pack purchases are generally not restored through Apple's restore flow; your Coin and Bonus balance and unlock records are maintained based on your account or device association within the Service. If you experience missing subscription benefits or balance issues after restoring or signing in, contact hiplaygameintel@gmail.com.

6.5 Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If we offer a free trial or promotional period, unused portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under Apple's rules.

6.6 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. We do not control Apple's billing and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple Support in accordance with Apple's policies.

6.7 Premium Benefits

While an active Premium subscription is valid, you may receive benefits such as:

Watching eligible series without additional per-episode Coin/Bonus unlock requirements (as described in the app);

Ad-free experience within the app (subject to content and feature availability).

Benefits may change as the Service evolves, but will not remove core subscription value without reasonable notice where required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;

Copy, record, redistribute, broadcast, or commercially exploit content except as expressly permitted;

Circumvent access controls, paywalls, ads, subscription requirements, or virtual currency requirements;

Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service;

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security;

Upload malware or harmful code;

Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;

Attempt to manipulate Coin, Bonus, unlock, or purchase systems through fraud or unauthorized means.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including videos, text, graphics, logos, software, and design ("Content"), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

9. Feedback

If you send suggestions, comments, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service without obligation to you.

Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information in feedback.

10. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service may include third-party services, SDKs, links, and advertisements (including rewarded ads and mediated ad networks). Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy:

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that content will always be available in all regions.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (OR THROUGH APPLE FOR THE SERVICE) IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hi Play Game and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Any unused Coins or Bonus may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law and Apple App Store policies.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at hiplaygameintel@gmail.com to attempt informal resolution.

Where permitted by law, exclusive jurisdiction for disputes shall be the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

17. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

These Terms are between you and Hi Play Game, not Apple;

Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content;

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support;

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you;

You comply with applicable App Store Terms of Service.

18. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
