COMMUnITY AGREEMENT & EDIA STATEMENT

The National Theatre School of Canada’s DramaFest is a vehicle for young people to learn to lead, to exercise their empathy, to practice listening, to find community, to talk about complicated things, and much more. The DramaFest is a place where everyone should feel the freedom to experiment and express themselves whether through sharing their work or while participating in workshops. To make sure we have the best possible chance to achieve this, and to foster a safe, inclusive, open and nurturing environment where everyone can be as courageous as they need, please read our EDIA Statement and Community Agreement and take reasonable steps to make sure that you understand and respect them.

Adjudicator's Guide

Adjudication

The central role of the adjudicator is to provide useful critical feedback, in a thoughtful, caring way. Adjudicators provide feedback that helps participants to grow as artists and people, through enriched understandings of their own collaborative work.

The Adjudicator's Guide provides more detail to the way in which adjudicators are asked to approach feedback and award allocation
