By downloading, accessing, or using Drama Aces, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Drama Aces is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a user under 18 has provided us with information, please contact us immediately at the email below so we can delete it.
When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically, including:
Device information (device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information)

App usage data (features used, screens viewed, session length, crash logs, in-app interactions)
Advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA)
Drama Aces fetches content (such as text, stories, images, or other media) from third-party or first-party APIs to display within the App. We do not require you to submit personal content to use this feature, but any search terms, preferences, or interactions you make while browsing this content may be logged for functionality and analytics purposes.

The App displays ads served through Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Unity Ads. These partners may use advertising identifiers and other device data to serve ads based on your interests and prior activity across apps and websites ("interest-based" or "personalized" advertising).
Your Choices:
You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS/App Tracking Transparency, or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
iOS users will be presented with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt where required, allowing you to allow or deny tracking.
You can review and adjust ad personalization settings directly through Google, Meta, and Unity's own privacy dashboards linked above.
Note that opting out of personalized ads does not mean you will see no ads or fewer ads — it means ads may be less tailored to you.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
Service providers (Firebase, AdMob, Meta, Unity) who process data on our behalf or for their own advertising/analytics purposes as described above
Legal authorities, if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases for processing your data include your consent (e.g., for advertising identifiers, where required), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the App, and compliance with legal obligations.
We retain automatically collected data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Analytics and crash data are generally retained according to Firebase's default retention settings, which you can review in Google's documentation.

Because our ad partners may share identifiers for interest-based advertising, this may be considered "sharing" under California law. You can opt out via your device's ad tracking settings.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including relying on Firebase's and our other providers' industry-standard security practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Drama Aces is rated for users 18 years of age and older only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us information should contact us at the email below.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers (Google, Meta, Unity) operate infrastructure. By using the App, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.
The App may display or link to content, links, or services provided by third parties via API. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
