Alongside my academic work, I have over 15 years of experience as a martial arts competitor and coach with expertise across the disciplines of Wing Chun, Mixed Martial Arts, and Brazilian Jiujitsu. I remain an active competitor in professional jiujitsu (brown belt).
I have coached students across age groups and skill levels, focusing on the cultivation of confidence through movement. In recent years, I have also explored rope flow as a complementary practice for coordination, rhythm, and mobility, integrating it into workshops and seminars that connect physical training with mindfulness and embodied understanding.
For private or group trainings in Vienna, please reach out.
I have multiple years experience as a grappling and movement coach in both private and group settings.
I am a certified Brazilian JiuJitsu instructor under the Gracie Barra network, holding the Instructor Certification Program (ICP) credential, which affirms alignment with Master Carlos Gracie Jr.’s teaching philosophy, standards, and methods of instruction in both adult and youth jiujitsu. In addition, I have completed the GB Foundations Program, demonstrating formal knowledge of Gracie Barra’s history, heritage, and pedagogical principles.
