Shelby (Owner) came by our home and gave us a bid, that came in THOUSANDS less than Any Hour. He got us on his schedule and was able to add ducts/vents to our basement quickly. "I set up an appointment for a noisy furnace and was able to get an appointment right away. He showed up on time and even gave a 10 minute warning he was on his way. Very professional and knowledgeable. Did not give me a sales pitch for all the things I could need in my lifetime. Diagnosed the issue and didn't add any fluff, very honest. I will definitely be keeping Drakes number for any future needs!"
