Do not look anywhere else for any of your plumbing or heating needs. We have dealt with many plumbers and companies over the last several years and have not even come close to the skill or support that we received at KC Plumbing. The staff at KC are exceptional from Mady the administration manager Craig the estimator and Hank our technician we couldnt have been happier in terms of skill service and personal care.

We had a plumbing issue and had several plumbers come out to the house only to be told time and time again that we would have to break down our wall in order to repair the leak to our ensuite bathtub. We decided it couldnt hurt to have KCs "free" estimation and opinion about the repair.

We are so so so thankful we made that call. Craig came out and was able to determine that the repair would be possible without additional wall damage and came up with a plan. Hank came out 2 days later and quickly completed the repair in much less time than we had anticipated. He was confident and competent as well as personable. Hank even noticed a small piece missing on our roman faucet set and informed us that he would order the part from Moen and let us know when it arrives.

We will ALWAYS call KC for any future plumbing needs and do not hesitate to fully recommend their services. Thanks to Mady Craig and Hank.
