Project Type: AI Treaining, Adult Learning Science, Accessibilty Advisory
A Dubai-based organization developing AI-powered training products sought guidance on ensuring AI-generated instructional content reflected evidence-based adult learning principles while meeting accessibility standards. The engagement required advisory support, accessibility evaluation, and professional development for the instructional design team.
Served in three integrated roles:
AI Trainer
Accessibility SME
Workshop Facilitator
Designed evidence-based frameworks, conducted accessibility evaluations, and facilitated professional development that enabled the instructional design team to create more effective, accessible AI-generated learning experiences.
The framework applies evidence-based adult learning principles to evaluate and improve AI-generated instructional content. It provides a structured approach for reviewing learning experiences for instructional quality, learner engagement, knowledge retention, and workplace application while supporting accessible course design.
Cognitive Load Management

Transfer to Workplace Performance
These principles informed the evaluation process and served as the foundation for recommendations presented in the accompanying advisory brief. The complete framework, evaluation criteria, and implementation guidance are provided in the full project document.
The proposed Learning & Development strategy translates discovery findings into a scalable enterprise learning program aligned with business objectives. The solution establishes standardized onboarding, role-based learning pathways, leadership development, compliance training, and performance support within a centralized TalentLMS environment.
The learning program was designed using established adult learning and instructional design principles to support both office and field employees. Learning experiences were organized into role-based pathways, combining self-paced modules, instructor-led training, performance support resources, and on-the-job application to promote knowledge transfer and long-term performance improvement.
The following artifacts were developed as part of this project:
Adult Learning Advisory Brief
Accessibility Audit Reports
AI Evalutaion Rubric
Professional Development Workshops
