· Making sintering products from recycled materials to be used for removal of heavy metals from different industrial wastes.
· Treatment of wastewater by different categories such as; active metals, floatation, and accessible materials such as recycled papers, rice chaff, flyash from palm oil mills, recently we have developed a new inorganic coagulant for treatment different industrial wastes such as; fishery, food industry, microelectronics and color removal from textile wastes. Before final disposal to the open environment (low level of COD), bacterial treatment usually applied.
· Monitoring chemical, physical, and biological parameters for coastal marine environment through core and benthos samplers. These parameters include; AVS, COD, ORP, LOI, TOC, TN, TP, pH, Chlorophyll a, sediments particle size, total benthos, etc.
Degradation of halogenated hydrocarbons.
Photochemical degradation of pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides in the environment.
Dioxin formation due to the combustion of burnable and plastic-types wastes.
Electrochemical degradation of carbon dioxide.
Separation and preconcentration procedure for the presence of Pharmaceuticals and Personal Care Products (PPCPs) and Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory drug (NSAID) in very low concentration in recycled water.
Familiar with utilizing all analytical instruments such as; ICP, AAS, UV, XRD, HPLC, GC, NMR, etc.
